How do I book a cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home. Many clients provide access ahead of time with a key or door access code.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We serve Qualicum Beach, Parksville, and surrounding Oceanside communities. From Bowser to Lantzville, Errington & Coombs. If you live outside these areas, please reach out anyway, we’re happy to accommodate!
What areas do you service?
What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
Regular cleans are designed for ongoing upkeep and maintaining your home. Deep cleans are more detailed and focus on buildup and areas that don’t get regular attention, helping bring the home back to ‘homeostasis'.
Do you require a deep clean before starting regular service?
In most cases, yes. Starting with a deeper clean allows us to bring your home to a consistent standard, making ongoing maintenance more effective and manageable. If you have recently had a professional cleaner in your home on regular visits or to do a deep clean, we will skip it and continue with maintenance. This is case by case depending on the state of the home.
How long will my cleaning take?
This depends on the size of your home, its condition, and the type of service. Most maintenance cleans take 2-3 hours, while deeper cleans take longer to complete thoroughly. You can also choose a time limit if it suits best and we can work to complete as much as possible within that timeframe.
This depends on your lifestyle and preferences. Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly service to keep their home consistently maintained. If you choose the monthly option, it will take a littler longer to clean as buildup over a full month is greater.
How often should I schedule a cleaning?
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
A light tidy (like putting away personal items and dirty dishes) is helpful, but not required. This allows us to focus fully on the cleaning itself.
Yes, we bring all of our own eco-conscious cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer, we’re happy to use those as well.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Are your products safe for pets and children?
Yes! We use non-toxic, environmentally friendly products that are safe for pets, families, your cleaners, and the Earth!
Are there any areas of the home you don’t typically clean?
We do not do dishes, laundry, or make beds as part of our regular or deep clean services. Please let us know if you require those services in advance, and extra time can be added.
We take pride in our work, and prioritize your satisfaction. If anything is overlooked, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
What if something is missed?
We offer flat rate pricing based on project type, size of home, and complexity. After an initial conversation and some details about your home, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Please note: the initial deep clean will cost more than the recurring cleans, that’s a one time charge and then adjusted to a lower cost charged for the recurring service.

We have decided to forfeit the stress of working to time limits and welcome a more calming approach to moving around your home. We uphold the highest standard and commit to completing your home’s checklist before we leave. We don’t cut corners - we clean them!
While this is not expected, we do appreciate it. 100% of the tips go to your cleaners and can be given in cash or added onto your final payment.
Do we tip our cleaners?
We currently accept e-transfer, cash and cheques. Soon we will be providing a credit and debit card options for payment as well. Details will be provided upon booking.
How do I pay?
If you are not paying with cash, we will send an invoice within 24 hours of completing your clean. We require same day payment for our services.
Do you send invoices?
While we understand that life shifts can happen quickly, we ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to adjust our schedule.
